Gift card: how the balance is checked
⚡ Automatic balance: everything happens on its own (no store yet: all balance pages are protected).
🪄 Assisted balance: the app opens the store's official page and fills in the number and code. You confirm (captcha), the balance is imported.
✏️ Manual balance: you type the number yourself on the official page (with a reminder on screen), or enter the balance in the app.
🔒 Account required: you need an account with the store to see the balance. Meanwhile, you enter the balance in the app.
Loyalty card
✓ Recognised when scanned: the app finds the store from the number on its own.
👆 Choose the store: the card works, you just enter the store when adding it.
A store is missing? In the app: Infos → Proposer une enseigne (Suggest a store). You can send the first digits of all your unrecognised cards at once (never the full number or the PIN).
Any other card can be added too: just enter the store.
